“vTrade” is a tool for retrospective analysis and journaling: it computes statistics on trades you have ALREADY taken and displays public market data. The Application:

  • does NOT generate trading signals or personalised recommendations;
  • does NOT execute, and cannot execute, operations on your account.

Statistics and simulations

The metrics shown (win rate, profit factor, drawdown, expectancy and so on) describe the past. Past results are neither a guarantee nor an indication of future results. Monte Carlo simulations are statistical exercises based on reshuffling your historical trades: they show hypothetical scenarios, not forecasts.
