Open positions are sampled while you work, to show where a setup statistically starts giving profit back. Trades that were never measured are marked as such instead of entering the averages as a zero. Reads the terminal installed on your own computer. Windows only, because that is where the MetaTrader 5 programming interface exists. Legge il terminale installato sul tuo computer. Solo Windows, perché è lì che esiste l'interfaccia di programmazione di MetaTrader 5.
Connects through the official cTrader Open API. You sign in once with your cTrader ID, give consent in your browser, and your accounts appear in the list — no account number, no password, no server name to type. vTrade has no code path that can send an order. For cTrader it
requests the accounts permission only — never
trading — and the order-management parts of the
interface are switched off for accounts connected that way. Access
tokens are stored on your computer and can be revoked at any time
from your cTrader ID or myfxbook account.

One exception, and it is yours to make: when you ask the Quant Coach a question, that question and a summary of your statistics are sent to Google Gemini to generate the answer. The feature can be turned off. It is all written out in the privacy policy.
